Témoignage : Above all, this course had a positive impact on me! These two days helped me to understand the importance of not only treating my body correctly, but also my mind. The concepts, tools and methods were explained in detail, which made it much easier to process the information.

Overall, this activity has had a positive impact on me, my organisation and my colleagues. It has strengthened my skills, improved my understanding and will contribute to a greater collaboration within the team. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to take part in this rewarding activity and look forward to applying what I have learnt and to continue creating a supportive environment for the mental health and wellbeing of young people.
